De siste kampene gikk i dag, og siden Kzer-Za dessverre er syk, har jeg resultatene. I dag gikk følgende to kamper, som avsluttet ballet;
Kabal Of The Leering Skull (1510 VP) tapte knepent for Legio Morbidus (1583 VP).
Battleforce: Mördarrobottar (1118 VP) utslettet Kabal Of The Leering Skull (473 VP)
Noe som gir oss denne sluttabellen.
1. Iyanden Strikeforce - 3 wins, 1 defeat - 6191 2. Kabal of the Leering Skull - 1 win, 3 defeats - 4129 3. Legio Morbidus - 2 wins, 1 draw, 1 defeat - 4061 4. Imperial Guard - 1 Win, 3 defeats - 3445 5. Battleforce: Mördarrobottar - 2 win, 1 draw, 1 defeat - 3360
Being the gentleman that I am, I will not comment on the sheer and utter brokenness of GW's Victory Points rules any further.

Da vi var ferdige, vil jeg nå ta med all fluffen i denne tråden, og håper at den reflekterer mer hva som faktisk skjedde på kampene, og hvem som vant hvert slag istedet for å ta hensyn til victory points...

"Colonel Rha...
I am stuck in this system in a region of space many thousand light-years from the Gothic sector and the troubles of the Cadian Gate. Still you should think that I would be at peace since it is apparent that all other armies are gathering to fight at Cadia. It is not so!
The Ruulian system was originally colonized in the early human expansion and brought back into the light of the Imperium in 321.M32. The place is an important asset to the Empire because it lies so far from the cursed Eye of Terror and other insurrections that it is a backbone that can be relied upon to deliver men and equipment to the ongoing struggles.
The Ruulian system is a hazardous place though. The three planets in close proximity with their small sun are humanly habitable. Ruul Prime sports great volcanic activity, and a young, hot and rugged ash waste climate. Ruul Secundus sports lush forests, temperate climate, as well as Ruul Third with its great glaciers and a vastness of ice. Two of the planets are very mineral rich and great factories and refineries are located in the ice and volcanic rock producing valuable parts for the empire. The second is the most habitable planet and thus it has evolved to have dozens of hive cities, although environmental issues have been consciously taken care off all the way, and was a term for entering into the imperium again, so Ruul Secundus unlike other hive worlds sports some of the most beautiful flora and fauna in the entire sector and are quite advanced with regards to recycling, although I personally think it will fade in time.
The rest of the system is lifeless, frozen rock with temperatures nearing minus 270 and there are 9 other planets in orbit around the sun with several vast asteroid belts and countless moons, making the outer rim of the system hard to keep track on. It is a haven for those that wish to hide from the Emperors holy gaze and resort to piracy, and so through their entire existence since they joined the empire and became a known spot on the starcharts, Ruulians have had the need to deal with these pirates.
In the beginning the Ruulians had countless garrisons to send on warfare to battle the pirates, but the cunning and experienced pirates slew them by the thousands with devilish traps and explosives. With time raging on and casualties amassing their army albeit incredibly slowly began to thin out. They managed for a century to hold the pirates at bay without more losses than could be replaced by conscriptions, through sheer determination.
With time holes in the security was exploited until the absence of replacement materials to their Thunderhawks sent the gaze of the honoured Space Wolves this way. Sending 2 full companies they quickly eradicated the opposition!
It was however only a matter of time before the pirates resurface in this valuable hiding-place close to the imperial supply lines, and now is such a time. We were by coincidence the most local fighting force, and intercepted their plea for help and have thus been forced to deal with the problem, but I am afraid we are in over our heads here. I try to call Harakon for more aid, but my astropath tells me that there is but warp static, a sure sign of many travelers coming or going to your port of call as known to all of us!
This is why I explain the whole situation to you and hope that you will relay this message and find some aid for this place, or else this sector might be lost and plundered before anyone knows what had happened. Although the defence of Cadia is vital, I urge you to consider this warning legit, and act accordingly. Well suited as my drop troops may be, they cannot repel hordes upon hordes alone, or be everywhere at once! We are a scalpel, not a sword! We will fight as long as it takes, and you will find this sector free, or my regiment dead...That I swear! I hope this message finds you well!

Epilogue:
The serenity and purity of the chamber is almost palpable, a huge dome of intricate architecture designed to bring the occupants peace of mind. Spartanly furnished, and with a single high-raised individual crouching at the edifice of a singular godly figure, while sweet incense fills the air with ornate twirling patterns. The figure prays in a tongue known to only a dwindeling race, as he begs forgiveness for the actions he is loathe to take, yet forced to if he is to preserve his fragile shard of the Eldar race.
A tall and lithe figure enters from one of the alcoves, walking with an unnatural grace towards the crouching figure still deep in meditation. It stops 5 meters shy of the statue and succumb to the presence of Ynnead, the God of the Dead in Eldar mythology. Swiftly it rises again, and stands awaiting the other.
“You live yet again, Baharroth? Ynnead be blessed by such fortune. Sadly can I not say the same for all my warriors…” He gestures at a heap of waystones at his feet, now forever occupied by the essence of a dying Eldar warrior, slain in the turmoils. Swift and slow the reddish patterns twirl and mix in a language of their own, each soul sending a message to the living from their cold, hard tomb
“We all did our duty, Faeruthir, and by your guidance Iyanden stays but a bit safer from the mon-keigh in the future!” The figure speaks with one voice contrived of many. Each thought-pattern of the previous Phoenix Lord imprinted for eternity onto the immortal being, each a part of Baharroth – the Cry of the Wind…
“I suppose so, and we have been fortunate indeed that my scrying was of aid in our struggle, yet I also foresee this as only delaying our demise, not bring us salvation…”
“Please, noble seer! Not everyone believes as you do that they are redeemable, the Dark Kin, but for now the other seers of Iyanden at least cannot doubt your sincerity in saving our race.”
“Yes, we have been fortunate… Still I have growing sense of wrongness despite our good efforts… I have meditated long on what could have been done different, alas finding no path for it… Urgency was in order since I could not see the danger before its maw was upon us. After the Dark Kin in their ignorance awoke the Necrontyr without destroying them, they unleashed the scourge on this sector… accursed trifold be their ignorance! Luckily the Thirsting Ones weren’t entombed here or another Segmentum would be lost eternal, and their fledgeling devotees can be thwarted when enough effort is put into the task.” The figure sighs, and stands only to sit on the plush couch, it’s armoured robes still sort of weighing on him, despite that he only sits in a pure white one of the thinnest fabric. He rearranges it so as to let the other armoured figure sit, but he has stood motionless the last minutes
“Then when the Artifact was transported by the Necrontyr for fear of it’s capture it was lost by chance of fate alone, meeting the accursed followers of Mahr’Duk. You have fallen before him once my friend, I am loathe to see that happen again. He chose not to appear this time round though, sending his followers instead, yet in time we shall find him and destroy his presence in this world and the warp.” The armoured demi-god twitches slightly at the name, fierce memories of pain and anguish rushing through him. Yet Baharroth is eternal and one who are many, and he clenches at the prospect of revenge over the usurping chaos powers
“Yes, he wounded you deeply didn't he? Alas all of this happened by our very nose, while we were off hand trying to secure the Artifact from the Necron decoys… I have been so blind! They may be animated metal, yet they are tactically engenious, having studied us all in our infancy, before their dormancy…"
"And then our Dark Kin came to our rescue, although unknown to themselves, striking at the Legio of Mahr’Duk they recovered it from the clutches of Chaos. Then they tried to trap us to buy time for their freighter to bring the Artifact to safety, yet luckily for all races of this realm we bested them in their ploy..."
"...And then what do the arrogant kin next, they invoke the wrath of the so far oblivious mon-keigh imperium by raiding their positions for slaves. Luckily their arrogance was not matched by their success, yet the guard was now forever vigilant, and almost broke us when retreating to the base at Calo Favuale…Yet by might of wraith alone we succeeded yet again, like so often before…"
"Our next ploy to arrange it to appear as we have failed and the Artifact lost was the best move of this entire campaign, giving the respite needed to prepare our defences, and mon-keigh died because of it in the score, when enraged plaguemarines and Necrontyr decended on their outposts in turn…
Yet Mahr’Duk chooses his underlings with care and it was with precarious fortune the artefact still linger with its makers, a mere inch from the clutches of Nurgle himself…” He looked upon the figure, with a weariness that filled the room with a sorrow, as well as a suspence at the mention of the Chaos god, as if the room and Ynnead himself was awaiting what would come next. “I hope this thing was worth it, Baharroth, I hope it was worth all our dead… I hope this is worth loosing a system to the Necrontyr, which doubtless will happend if the mon-keigh imperial forces aren't quicker in their response than usual!” Holding forth a small wand-like device of pure interlocking crystal, glinting in a myread of colours, the farseer and the room was all lightened in an angelic brightness… “My seer, the Artifact could have granted them access to our web-way portals, destroying craftworlds, exodite-worlds and armoured fleets. No price is too high to pay to circumvent that, even my rebirth… The destruction of the Necrontyr and every human in this system… All of it, even the pain, is a small price to pay for our salvation, and the chance to once more fight for our survival and the destruction of She Who Thirsts….” He sort of spits the last part. “I know my friend, but I see a new skein too soon coming, and I fear that even before this artefact is put to rest within the Black Library by the Harlequins, our struggle to redeem our darker kindred to save our race, will once again dictate our actions, and then I may have use of your talents yet again, old friend” “My Seer, I am yours to command…”
